At the beginning of the 20th century, fascist parties began to take shape in the two defeated countries. First, a movement was organized in Italy under the command of B. Mussolini. Then fascism spread in Germany. A. Hitler became the party leader. The movements arose due to the economic crisis and the disadvantaged situation in countries after the conclusion of the Versailles-Washington system. They basically had similar features, but there were also different views on the economic development of the economy and society. In Italy, the Vatican was granted an independent position.
