For example, in the 24th century BC, the ancient city of Babylon was founded. The first heyday of this city occurred during the period of the Babylonian kingdom, that is, at the beginning of the 2nd millennium BC. Then Babylon fell into decay due to wars. At the beginning of the 7th century BC, the Babylonian state flourished again, and already in the middle of the 6th century BC – decline.
