Every person in our state undoubtedly has rights and obligations, which are very interconnected! Initially, every citizen has the right to life, while the duty of the state is to protect this right. In general, all rights are indicated in the main Law – the Constitution, as well as obligations. A person has the right to use the riches of nature, has the right to study and work, in parallel with this, obligations arise – to pay taxes, to protect the Fatherland, to protect and preserve the nature around.
