International relations can be characterized based on the Crimean War. Western countries supported the Ottoman Empire, not wanting Russia to improve its position in the international arena. At the same time, Russia was backward in terms of armaments, so the countries did not have to put in much effort to win. After the death of Nicholas 1, the war was stopped by Alexander 2, since they did not see the meaning of the side in it.
