Animals can have peculiar adaptations to the world around them. It all depends on where this species lives, what natural enemies it has, what type of food animals have, and so on. For example – many animals have hair and body fat, which helps to keep warm in cold weather. Body coloration helps to camouflage for hunting or to avoid becoming a victim. Also, some animals have the ability to hibernate or suspended animation when certain natural conditions occur.
