Describe the appearance of the white planaria.

The white planarian is a species of flatworm. The body of the planarian is covered with cilia. The mouth is located on the belly. Planarians are mostly hermaphrodites. They have a slight thickening in the front of the body. It looks like a rhombus. This is the head of the planarian, where the eyes and some other receptors are located.
