Describe the main social problems of modern society.

Social problems are situations that affect a person, and from the side of society are quite important problems that require joint efforts to overcome them.

Today’s most acute social problems are:
1. Drug addiction and alcoholism.
2. Crime, banditry, terrorism, prostitution.
3. Orphans, homelessness, abandonment and abortion.
4. Poverty, unemployment, class inequality.
5. Environmental pollution.
6. The demographic crisis: low fertility, high mortality, a large percentage of the elderly.
7. A large number of suicides.
8. Epidemics, rare diseases, spread of HIV, incurable diseases.
9. Problems of inflation and corruption.
10. Restriction of human rights and freedoms.
