I = 15 Amperes – the current that will be in the light bulb circuit at a voltage equal to U.
It is required to determine R (Ohm) – the resistance of the light bulb.
To determine the resistance of a light bulb, you must use the following formula (Ohm’s law):
U = I * R, from here we find that:
R = U / I;
R = 3.6 / 15 = 0.24 Ohm (240 mOhm).
Answer: the resistance of the light bulb is 0.24 ohms (240 mΩ).
