Differences between gods and people.

In the period of Antiquity, paganism was spread in many states and tribes. People of large empires believed in the existence of gods who control the forces of nature and other phenomena. In Greek mythology, there was the idea of the existence of Olympus, on which the gods lived. They were practically equal with people in everything. But they still had several advantages. They could control certain processes in the world. They were also gifted with great power and lived on the mountain. Otherwise, they were the same with people and even kept in touch with them.
