Do herbivorous animals live in the ice zone?

The ice zone, or in another way the zone of the Arctic desert, is an area covered with glaciers all year round, with many stones and rubble fragments. The zone has low air temperatures, down to -60 degrees Celsius in winter. In such conditions, vegetation does not grow, it is represented by rare mosses and lichens that do not form a continuous cover.
This means that herbivorous animals cannot live in this zone, since their food – plants – do not grow there.
