Do mushrooms cause great harm to forestry?

The answer is yes.
Despite the fact that mushrooms are allocated to a separate Kingdom, there are so many representatives among them that both useful and parasitic ones can be distinguished. Accordingly, only parasitic, namely tinder fungi, can harm forestry. Their appearance can destroy the forest. A feature of the reproduction of fungi is the formation of a large number of spores, which are carried with the wind at a distance. Getting into the crevices of the wood, the spore germinates, the mycelium fills the entire tree, multiplying and transmitting spores to other trees.
