No. The diagonals of any rectangle do not divide it into 4 equal triangles, since a rectangle has one side larger than the other, we get two pairs of equal triangles:
Opposite sides are equal to each other and due to the fact that the diagonals of the rectangle are halved by the intersection point, then two pairs of triangles will be equal on three sides.
However, if we consider the special case that a rectangle is a square, i.e. all sides of it are equal, then we get 4 equal triangles.
