Do the Negroid Race Follow Muslim Customs?

Religion does not depend on race or skin color. The Negroid race is also divided into religions like any other. Among them there are Catholics, Muslims, Orthodox Christians, and Buddhists. The majority of Muslims in Africa are Sunnis, but there are other branches of Islam as well. And they also observe Muslim customs.
Mohammed Ali, world boxing champion, was a Muslim. He converted to Islam in the early 60s of the last century, as an adult, and followed its customs until the end of his life.
