Do the right and left lungs differ in structure? If so, with what?

Although they may look the same in pictures or diagrams, our lungs have a difference in the number of lobes. The left lung consists of only two lobes, separated in the middle by an interlobular fissure. Basically, these blades are named according to their position in relation to the crack, therefore they are called the upper and lower lobes.

On the other hand, the right lung has three lobes, still separated by a fissure. It consists of an upper lobe, a middle lobe and a lower lobe. This distinguishes it from the left lung.
