Does an ideal state exist and what is it like?

The ideal state at the moment exists only in theoretical materials set forth in the works of various thinkers and theorists of various ideologies. Humanity has more than once tried to come to the elimination of economic, political and social problems that prevent the construction of an ideal state, however, at the moment of development of society, it exists only in theory. Practice shows that building an ideal state is impossible without a high level of self-awareness in society and as long as there are any forms of inequality, be it economic, social or any other.
