Does Tom Sawyer look like today’s children?

For the most part, modern children are sedentary, communicate more on social networks than in reality and sit at the computer all the time. And Tom is quick, outgoing, quick-witted and adventurous in games and in taking advantage of life. Maybe there are such Toms in our time, but this is most likely a rarity than a common thing, basically there are no such life-affirming children anymore.
