Similarities and differences between Egypt, Phenicia and India.

Differences:

1. These civilizations arose in different territories, with a different climate and natural resources

2. They also differed in their culture from each other.

3. Egypt was a despotic state where the ruler was deified. Phenicia was a collection of city-states. Different states existed on the territory of India at different periods of time, and the ruler was not deified.

4. Phenicia did not actually have its own gods. There were many gods and cults in Egypt. In ancient India, there were Vedic beliefs that were significantly different from the Egyptian ones.

Similarities:

1. All these states existed in the early periods of the formation of civilizations, were engaged in trade, fought and mastered crafts.

2. Both in ancient Egypt and in ancient India, agriculture played a significant role in life, which was facilitated by rivers (Egypt – Nile, and India – Indus and Ganges). Phenicia, on the other hand, flourished through trade.
