Evolution of the circulatory system in animals.

The evolutionary path of the circulatory system of animals has gone through a number of aromorphoses – structural changes. In the body of higher animals, the circulatory system plays an essential role, ensuring the integrity of the body. It performs a universal transport role, carrying nutrients, oxygen, metabolic products, hormones.
