Explain the structure of the Anglican Church. How was it different from the Catholic?

The main difference was that the English king was at the head of the Anglican Church, and the Catholic Church was ruled by the Pope. Thus, in England, the king himself appointed a bishop in the church. Otherwise, the Anglican Church had similarities with the Catholic.
