Explain why the Romans disliked the neighboring tribes.

The Romans were not the most peaceful people. They constantly performed various actions in foreign lands. It could be trivial hunting, gathering and fishing. Later, the seizure of land and open military actions towards neighbors began. Then came the conquests of Greece and a significant part of the Mediterranean. Central and Western Europe was captured. Even island Britain was invaded. The Romans brought death, plunder and enslavement to other nations. Through neighboring lands, the movement of Roman troops on long campaigns constantly took place. Former neighbors no longer owned their own land. A significant number of them were slaves, some were simply killed, some served in the Roman army and forgot what their origin was. No advances in engineering and architecture could justify the actions of the Romans.
