Features of the structure of the heart tissue.

The heart tissue is represented by muscles and nerve tissue. The muscles provide the strength and constancy of contraction of the chambers of the heart – this ensures a sufficient volume of blood, which is thrown into the vessels. Nerve tissue is represented by the sinus node and pathways. The sinus node is a collection of cells that generate an impulse. Through the conducting fibers, impulses go to all chambers of the heart and, as a result, reach every muscle cell. The sinus node creates an impulse with a frequency of 60-80 per minute, which ensures a normal human pulse.
