Feudal attitudes in western Europe in the high Middle Ages, peasants’ conscription.

Feudal relations are an integral system of the Middle Ages. This relationship presupposes a division in society between landowners and dependent populations. Moreover, the share of dependent people is more than half of the population. Under such a condition, people are attached to their class and cannot change their position. For a long time, there was no change in the relationship. The peasants were the most oppressed estate, since they had no rights and freedoms. They also had to pay sometimes double duties.
