Find the angles of the triangle if they are proportional to the numbers: 1,2,3; 4,5,6.?

To find the answer to the question of the problem, we compose and solve a linear equation using the theorem on the sum of the angles of a triangle.

We know that the angles of a triangle are proportional to the numbers: 1, 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6.

Enter the similarity factor and write the angles of the triangle as 1x, 2x, and 3x.

We apply the theorem that the sum of the angles of a triangle is 180 °.

Let’s make the equation:

x + 2x + 3x = 180;

6x = 180;

x = 30.

30 °, 2 * 30 ° = 60 ° and 3 * 30 ° = 90 °.

Similarly to the second:

4x, 5x and 6x and we get:

4x + 5x + 6x = 180;

15x = 180;

x = 12;

4 * 12 = 48 °, 5 * 12 = 60 ° and 6 * 12 = 72 °.
