Find the diameter of the circle using the formula D = 2R,
where D is the diameter, R is the radius of the circle:
D = 2 * 5 = 10.
Find the circumference by the formula L = 2πR = πD,
where L is the circumference, 3.14 is the number π:
L = 2 * 3.14 * 5 = 3.14 * 10 = 31.4.
Find the arc length by the formula L = 2π (r) (0/360),
where L is the length of the arc, 0 is the angle:
L = 2 * 3.14 * 5 (36/360) = 31.4 (36/360) = 31.4 * 0.1 = 3.14.
Answer: the circumference is 31.4; the arc length is 3.14.
