40: 4 = 10 cm = 1 dm.

Let’s find the length of the rectangle if its area is 800 dm²:

800: 1 = 800 dm.

Find the perimeter of the rectangle:

2 (800 + 1) = 2 * 801 = 1602 dm.

Answer: the perimeter of the rectangle is 1602 dm.
