From the conditions of the assignment, we are given a rectangle ABCD with sides AB = 1.7 cm and BC = 30 cm.

It is required to find the perimeter of the given rectangle.

P of the rectangle = a x b, in our case:

P of the rectangle = AB x BC;

P of the rectangle = 1.7 cm x 30 cm = 51 cm.

Answer: P = 51 cm.
