In order to find the perimeter of a rectangle, you need to know its length and width. The length is known – 29 cm, based on the formula for determining the area, we find the width. To do this, we divide the area by the length – 290: 29, we get 10 cm – the width of the rectangle. Next, we find the perimeter – (29 + 10) x 2 = 78 cm.
