Find the perimeter of this rectangle:

2 * (37 + 222) = 2 * 259 = 518 cm.

b) Find the length of the second side of this rectangle.

According to the condition of the problem, the length of the first side of this rectangle is 37 cm, and the second side of this rectangle is 8 times less than its first side, therefore, the length of the second side is:

37/8 = 4.625 cm.

Find the perimeter of this rectangle:

2 * (37 + 4.625) = 2 * 41.625 = 83.25 cm.
