| The middle line of a triangle is the line segment that connects the midpoints of its lateral sides. It is parallel to the third side and equal to half its length:
KM = AC / 2;
MH = AB / 2;
KН = BC / 2.
Therefore, to calculate the length of the sides of a triangle, it is necessary to multiply the length of its middle lines by two:
AC = 2 * KM;
AC = 2 * 6 = 12 cm;
AB = 2 * MH;
AB = 2 * 7 = 14 cm;
BC = 2 * KН;
BC = 2 * 9 = 18 cm.
Answer: the sides of the triangle are equal to AС = 12 cm, AB = 14 cm, BC = 18 cm.
