3. S = AB x AD = 250 units².

4. Substitute in this expression 2.5AB instead of AD:

AB x 2.5AB = 250 units ².

AB² = 100 units of measurement².

AB = √100 = 10 units.

AD = 2.5 AB = 10 x 2.5 = 25 units.
