1. Russia. She was not officially defeated. But she received a huge number of killed and wounded, chaos and economic crisis, the growth of popular discontent. All this led to a civil war and another backwardness of the state. It ended with the destruction of Russia and the creation of the USSR.
2. Germany. This country has lost. Lost all her possessions in Africa and parts of the territories in Europe. She was forced to pay huge reparations. She was forbidden to have military aircraft and navy. With all this, the country in 20 years turned into the most developed economy in Europe and had the strongest army in Europe, including the navy and aviation.
