There are three main properties for measuring angles.
The first basic property of measuring angles is that any angle has a degree measure that is greater than zero.
The second main property of measuring angles is that the degree measure of the unfolded angle is 180 °.
The third main property of measuring angles says that the degree measure of any angle is the sum of the degree measures of all angles into which it is broken by any ray (or rays) that pass between its sides.
