Properties that are inherent in text and graphic models:
1) Models are created for visual display of information;
2) Models have general size and color;
3) Help to store any information about the object;
4) Display the most important properties of the object in a given situation;
5) Used to transfer information about the object;
6) Characterize the properties, state of an object, phenomenon or any process, as well as their relationship with the outside world
7) All models have clarity, finiteness, simplicity, accessibility, information content, adequacy and controllability.
