Geopolitical position of India at the end of the XIX century.

At the end of the 19th century, India did not and could not have a geopolitical position, since it was a colony of the British Empire. This meant complete dependence. The entire Indian economy at that time was built exclusively through investment from the British capitalists.

India became independent only shortly after the end of World War II – in 1947. And at the moment it has a significant geopolitical position in its region, as evidenced by the fact that India has its own nuclear weapons.
