the production capability curve is a curve when two conditions are simultaneously achieved: 1) Maximum full use of resources. 2) The most efficient use of resources. From this, and proceed – what increases / decreases the maximum potential of resources that can be used (in Russia – population decline, for example), or the potential (productive capacity) of the most efficient use of resources.
