Give an overall assessment of the results of the Vienna Congress for Russia and Europe.

At the Congress of Vienna in 1814-1815, the political division of European territory took place after the Napoleonic wars. The main changes were:

1) Austria regained a significant part of the lost territories;

2) Prussia received part of Saxony, Westphalia and the Rhineland;

3) Denmark lost Norway, which was transferred to Sweden;

4) Russia received part of the territories of Poland, in connection with which Alexander I received the title of the Polish king.
