Anadromous fish are usually called those fish that spend part of their life cycle in the seas, and part of their life in rivers flowing into the sea. This is usually associated with spawning, when fish swim up the river to spawn, or vice versa from the river to the sea – this is less common. Let us give examples of anadromous fish: chum salmon, salmon, large-nosed shark, stellate sturgeon, agrakhan herring, beluga, pink salmon, kundzha, white fish, chinook salmon, yellowfin tuna, toothed tuna, sea pike perch, Azov hamsa, pelengas, white sea herring and other flounders.
