There are two types of human work, which are associated with physical activity on different muscle groups. It can be dynamic and static work. Dynamic work involves the periodic use of muscles for certain actions. Static work involves maintaining the position of the body or certain parts of it. For example – holding a certain object, long-term preservation of body position in one place, and so on. With this kind of work, the muscles get tired faster than with dynamic work.
