Natural selection is happening all the time. Thanks to him, the evolution of living organisms takes place. Natural selection can be carried out using three types of struggle for existence, which were identified by Charles Darwin. This is the struggle of the organism with representatives of its own species for food, a partner for reproduction and better living conditions. The second form of struggle is the struggle against representatives of other species. This is mainly a fight for food. The third form is the fight against environmental factors. The result of this struggle is always the same – the strongest survive and multiply, and the weak die.
