Give five examples of obtaining organic substances from inorganic and vice versa.

1. Carbon dioxide can be obtained from glucose, and carbon can be isolated from it;
from plastic – carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, etc. (decomposition method),
to obtain hydrogen from cellulose (by the method of biochemical decomposition),
to extract hydrogen from methane (in interaction with water),
from alcohol (with carboxylic acid) – water, by esterification
from glycine (with sodium hydroxide) sodium glycinate and water.

2. From water (with an ester) you can get carboxylic acid and alcohol (esterification reaction);
glucose can be obtained from water and starch (hydrolysis method);
with the help of atomic hydrogen (from nitromethane), methylamine can be obtained;
glycerin can be obtained from water and fat (glyceryl tricarboxylate);
from potassium permanganate and acetic acid, ethanol can be obtained.
