Have you ever been to the mountains? Or maybe you live in the mountains? What kind of mountains are they? Describe them according to the plan in the appendix to the textbook. What were your first impressions of meeting the mountains?

I visited the Altai mountains. The first impression they make is their enormous height.
1. The mountains stretch from west to east for 1833 km.
2. Located in the north, relative to the equator and in the east, relative to the 0 meridian.
3. The highest point – Belukha (4506 m)
4. They are located in the southeast relative to the West Siberian Plain and in the southwest relative to the Sayan Mountains.
