Great French emperor and excellent military leader. Napoleon Bonaparte was born on 08/15/1769 in the family of a petty nobleman. In 1785 Napoleon graduated from the Paris military school with the rank of lieutenant and served in the regiment of Southern France. He was promoted to captain and sent to the troops that besieged the city of Toulon, captured by the British. Thanks to the brilliant plan of Napoleon, the British troops had to leave the city of Toulon. After this battle, Napoleon was appointed brigadier general.
