How are freedom and responsibility interconnected?

Freedom and responsibility. These two concepts stand on opposite sides of each other. Freedom is a person’s will to do what he desires. Freedom can be either limited by law or unlimited, that is, illegal. And responsibility is the consequences of your actions, for which you need to be responsible. Each person is responsible for his freedom. If this freedom is legal and within the framework of the rules, for example, a trip with a friend to the south, then it does not entail any responsibility. And if this very manifestation of freedom violates the rights of other people, that such freedom is illegal and it already entails a certain responsibility.
