I think that the limitation of political freedoms is limited by several factors. For example, the first limitation is when a person cannot be elected for one reason or another that is artificially invented. The second limitation, which often exists, is that it is forbidden to speak out and criticize against the current government, and people who try to do this are immediately persecuted. These are the global restrictions on political freedoms.
