How are restrictions on political freedoms determined?

The restriction of political freedoms or the lack of political pluralism consists in the prohibition of expressing one’s point of view regarding the political sphere; it does not imply the existence of alternative elections and opportunities for social mobility (for example, the prohibition of nominating an independent candidate for the presidency).
