How are the rights and obligations of a citizen interconnected?

Rights and obligations are directly related, each person has both. If someone wants his rights to be respected, then he must comply with his basic responsibilities. There are rules (laws) in society that govern rights and obligations. There are people who defend the rights of others, it is their duty, but the duty of the rest is not to violate the rights of those around them. An equal sign should be placed between rights and responsibilities. In case of violation of their duties, someone’s rights will be violated, which means there must be responsibility.
