How can you assess the results of the Russian-Turkish war?

There were a lot of Russian-Turkish wars. Most of them ended in defeat (albeit more often tactical, not global) of the Ottoman Empire. The wars undermined the resources of the Turkish side, forcing them to gradually retreat. During the 17th-19th centuries, the Russian state constantly oppressed the Turks, receiving more and more new territories in its composition, which were included in Russian economic life and strengthened the state. However, not all wars ended in favor of Russia. But in general, the direction was towards the decline of the Ottoman Empire.
