How can you explain the fact that some people are more successful in finding a job than others?

Job searches may not be successful. Because a person expects to find an easy job, where there will be a flexible schedule, as many days off as possible and a minimum of responsibilities. But, there are other people who do not dream of easy work and big money. They just want to do what they like. And wages are a secondary factor. Purposeful people find good jobs and get promoted because management sees their professionalism.
