How can you explain the strengthening of the ideological press after the war?

If we talk about the events after World War II, then everything is quite simple. The joint actions of the USSR with the Western allies had a situational character. In this case, interests coincided, but ideologies, mentality, state and social structure were significantly different. After the end of hostilities, the USSR demonstrated significant political ambitions in Europe and the world, declared territorial claims. This course of affairs did not suit the Western countries at all. The Fulton Speech was delivered and the countries entered a period of tough ideological confrontation.
