How did Sparta differ from Athens?

There was simply a colossal difference in creativity between these two policies. Athens has become one of the model cities that has given us incredible beauty and quality of works of art. At the same time, due to the peculiarities of its social and political life, Sparta paid little attention to the development of the arts in its polis. If we talk about the attitude towards other countries, then Sparta was very militant and was ready to fight any of the attackers, while Athens was more peaceful, but cunning, due to which they subdued others in a peaceful way.
